`Skye on Bute`- The Dinner
eatBute is a food initiative that was instigated by the Mount Stuart Trust in 2008. The project aims to promote the abundance of good, fresh, local produce available on the Isle of Bute and in the wider Argyll region. The eatBute initiative is celebrated annually at the `eatBute` event, hosted by Johnny Bute on Mount Stuart, Isle of Bute, Scotland.
`Skye on Bute` - The Dinner, Friday 11th September 2009
This year our own head chef Skye Gyngell will lead a team of celebrity chefs to create a fabulous dinner, using quality produce that has been sourced locally and ethically. The dinner will be hosted by the Chairman of the Mount Stuart Trust, Johnny Bute, in the stunning Marble Hall of Mount Stuart. It will mark the official opening of eatBute. The dinner will showcase the quality of produce available from the local and surrounding areas, as well as providing an excellent networking opportunity.
